We are really in a world were lots of strange things happens. Recently a 19-year-old man based in Lagos identified as Matthew Isichei Chukwuebuka was allegedly kidnapped in a mysterious way. According to report, Isichei mysteriously disappeared from Lagos and landed himself in Ibadan after receiving a very strange call. He revealed to the police that on his arrival at the kidnappers’ place which happened to be a father and son, they gave him something to eat from a black pot that made him to lose his senses. He further said that they commanded him to surrender his phone to them which they then programmed the phone to reject any incoming calls except the person whom they were demanding ransom from. He also revealed to the police that the kidnappers took all the money with him and demanded for his ATM card on which they withdrew the sum of N10,000 from his account and demanded the ransom of N30 million to be paid to his (Isichei’s) bank account. He was detained in their custody for good 9days without food. The two kidnappers Thoa Akorede and Muhibudeen Akorede was later apprehended. Hmmm! Nawa!
