The whole Ibadan was in Attendance after The Oyo state Ministry of Evvironmental and Natural Resources Sealed the popular Ventura Mall located in Ibadan on the 7th Jan 2020.
According to Reports the mall was said to have sealed over the violation of Environmental laws of the state.
Furthermore the mall involved in Discharging Raw liquid waste to Public Drainage.
On the late hours of Thursday the mall was said to have been opened after been sealed for Hours Disallowing people from entering the mall.
